"Smooth Talking Persuaders"

Pedagogue/Catalyst/Directive Mentors/Teachers (most persuasive)

No more than 2 or 3% of the total population. One of the Idealists (NF). Responsive and responsible. Generally feel real concern for what others think or want, and try to handle things with due regard for the other person's feelings. Can present a proposal or lead a group discussion with ease and tact. Sociable, popular, sympathetic. Responsive to praise and criticism.

Live their life: Their outer life more with feeling, inner one more with intuition.

Look at things with their intuition rather than their sensing, hence are mainly interested in seeing the possibilities beyond what is present or obvious or known. Intuition heightens their understanding, long-range vision, insight, curiousity about new ideas, love of books and tolerance for theory.

Likely to have a gift of expression, but may use it in speaking to audiences rather than in writing. Interest in possibilities for people attracts them to fields of career choice or personal development.

Are outstanding leaders of groups. Have the characteristic of seeming to take for granted that they will be followed, never doubting that people will people will want to do what they suggest. More often than not, people do, because this type has unusual charisma. They place a high value on cooperation from others and are most willing to cooperate themselves. Can be aggressive at helping others to be the best that they can be.

Place people as being of the highest priority and importance. As a result, may find themselves feeling responsible for the feelings of others to an extent that places a burden on the relationship. Communicates concern, caring, and a willingness to become involved, thus people turn to ENFJs for support and nurture, which the ENFJ is usually able to deliver. However these demands can overwhelm the ENFJ, who find at this point that they lack the skills to dissociate. Do not seem able to turn away from these demands even when they become unreasonable.
