Observations What I've seen, where I can go, what I can do, it's more than you know. I'm more observant than you realize, I'm not just one of the guys. I notice what you do, whether it's bad or good. I see more than most, I'm as quiet as a ghost. You may not know I'm near, all of a sudden I'm there. You look down at me, all the more foolish of thee. I can do a lot of damage, gonna need more than a bandage. But I try to heal, to me it means a great deal. Some call me wise, and say I'm quite nice. It may be a surprise, but my veins are not full of ice. I really do have feelings; treat me fairly in our dealings. I have quite a mind, though some think it a crime. I may not have wings, but I can do lots of strange things. It would help if you would listen; might find a lot you were missing. Inside me is a light. I try to make everything bright. But all my power makes some people sour. They try to me destroy; take away my joy. It may be a lot to expect, but please treat me with respect. I may not be made of gold, but I'm human I'm told. I'm not very bold, but don't leave me in the cold. I'm reaching out, don't treat me like a lout. I observe more than you know. I learned how long ago. Find out what I do. May learn something new.
