Rules of the auction are:
1. Cows must be the first item. 4 cow minimum.
2. You must not bid items that someone else has bid.
3. You may not bid this universe. Since it belongs to me, I might be a bit
   miffed.
4. Bids must start low and can't jump up high.
5. All proceeds go to the one being auctioned.
6. Due to prior problems, PLEASE do not offer to pay someone to take the one
   being auctioned.
7. Decision of auctioner final. (Can be overruled by #9) All sales final. No
   refunds.
8. The one being auctioned may not flirt with those bidding. While this may
   raise the bids, it was deemed unadvisable.
9. The one being auctioned can decide to stop the auction at any time. Her
   mother too. (Trust me.)
10. This auction has been sponsored by Bryden's Fast Shoes `R Us.
11. Auctioner and sponsor are not liable for anything resulting from any
    auction. You bid for her, you got her.
